  • Each week we focus on a "chakra of the week" as we explore the seven primary chakras, beginning with the root chakra. 
  • That's 16 experiential yoga classes that will begin with a brief explanation of each of the 7 chakras, the role they play in our lives, and simple practices you can do every day to help keep yourself healthy, balanced, and aligned.
  • Discover the Liberating Current of energy, as well as the lesser-known Manifesting Current, and how to use these energy currents to powerfully create your life.
  • Originally recorded live, the replays are now available anytime.
  • Appropriate for all levels with modifications offered.
  • Enjoy a guided savasana at the conclusion of each class.
